The following is the Omen taken during the Imbolc Ritual 2010.

Seer: David Crawford

Tool: Greek Alphabet Oracle (Dice)

Numbers/Letters:

Ancestor 15- Omicron:  “There are no crops to be reaped that were not sown.” [What we send out comes back to us. Remember that you are getting what you sent out.]

Nature Spirits 16- Xi: “There is no fruit to take from a withered shoot.” [There is no good that can come from an angry person. The end of a good line. Harshness and Stinginess will achieve nothing but pain.]

The Shining Ones 18- Mu: “It is necessary to labor, but the change will be admirable.” [Through hard work, sweat and tears, a change will be made for the better.

Possible Meaning: The Ancestors remind us that what we do in the past echoes into the present and the future, that we are where we are because we laid the path to where we are. The Nature Spirits give us a token of Stoicism, that there are times when it is pointless to keep trying to again sustenance from a place of rot or stagnation. The Shining Ones wish for us to know that if we work hard that we will successes in our take, that we must remain diligent no matter how hard the path may be.

Greetings!

We would like to take a moment to welcome you to the newly formed Ozark Mountain Grove, ADF. As of October 30th the group formerly known as ADF NWA-Discuss was granted Grove status by the Ár nDraíocht Féin (pronounced: arn ree-ockt fane – Irish Gaelic for ‘Our Own Druidry’). We are a Pan Indo-European Grove here to serve the needs of the all people in NW Arkansas Region. As a fully public Protogrove it is our hope to help fulfill the ADF Vision. In the coming months we will be filling out this site with information including rituals and essays as well as links and resources about our Druidry and the great Pagan community at large.

We are holding monthly discussion meetings at Borders Book Store at the Rogers Promenade., in Rogers, AR on the 1st Friday of each month from 6:30-8:30 P.M. (Please check the EVENTS Calendar for any updates to meetings as they may change from time to time as needed). OMG will also be adding an additional Discussion Group in Tulsa OK starting in March. It will be every 3rd Friday of the month. Location and Time TBA. This Discussion Group will be to reach out to those members in OK that wish to be a part of OMG and have a Discussion Group closer to them. Ritual times and dates will be listed on the EVENTS Calendar as well but to obtain more details on rituals please either join us at the discussion meetings, contact me directly or join us at the Yahoo E-Group: ADF NWA-Discuss
